Working as interim IT Director of an international not-for-profit organisation, we developed the ‘number 2’ within the IT team to take on the Director role. Our approach ensured that we were seen as a mentor not a threat and that our role in their personal development and future success was understood.
We identified and nurtured areas that needed support to develop the skills this individual needed to grow into and succeed within the role – aligned with Board objectives and requirements.
We integrated and transitioned the Management Team of a national organisation to a new technology platform and partner internally.
